What to do in case of Damaged / Defective Product

If Free Scanner sent by BRAINVISIONS INDIA through our third party vendors (Major E-commerce Portal in India) is delivered to you in tempered condition please don't accept package and return to person who is delivering the same, in case of any technical issues are observed kindly intimate us with-in 5 days of receiving the same, you can call us at +91-8699099434 or email us at support@brainvisions.in. We will needful done for the replacement of damaged/defective product with brand new one.

What to do if I want to return a product that I have ordered?

Customers are requested to be aware that our products belong to IT industry and the required products is to be customized and delivered over secured website access, therefore the order once placed for any cancellations request you have to ensure that :-

1. You need to cancel your order anytime before authentication passwords for accessing and downloading DMIT Package content is sent to you on your registered email id (Normally with-in 4 Hrs of payment processing) as content is delivered online through www.brainvisions.in with authentication passwords provided over mail, if you give cancellation request mentioning your ORDER ID with-in 4 hrs or "Content Access Authentication" information is sent to you, we will refund entire amount. You need to send your cancellation request mentioning your Order ID to support@brainvisions.in.

2. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours/days of receiving the product to resolve any technical difficulties which would be resolved by support team of BrainVisions India.

How will the Money be refunded in case of cancellations?

In case you give cancellation order with-in 4 Hrs or before "Content Access Authentication" information is sent to you (Whichever is earlier), we would process your cancellation request and your account would be credited back as per policies of Payment Gateway used and to same Credit Card / Debit Card / Bank Account used for transaction.
